Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
· A relevant B Com or B Sc degree
· Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience
· Knowledge of UML
· Experience in process re-design and improvement
· Experience in the creation of business and functional specifications
· Experience in the facilitation of workshops to define user requirements, creating user cases and documenting user requirements
· Experience in system testing
Key outputs:
You will be responsible for but not limited to the analysis of business requirements, documenting business requirements – process and functional specifications, system testing, the management of system changes as well as process redesign.
